Feedback is a wonderful thing....

Since September 2011 when I did my first Funeral Service I have received some wonderful phone calls and emails and even had the pleasure of marrying a couple who loved the way I went about preparing and delivering the funeral service for the Groom’s father a few months prior. What better compliment could there be?
These quotes are from couples and from families I have married, renewed vows or helped with the funeral of a loved one.
What makes them even more valuable is that these quotes are completely unsolicited.

“Hi Liz,
I just wanted to say again, how thankful I am for
yesterday’s service. You did a beautiful job,
I appreciate your sensitivity and the way you ran the Service.
In fact you were also a big hit with many of the crowd,
what a great turn out it was!
I would love a copy of the music CD if it’s not too much trouble.
Kindest regards”,
Michele

“Liz, I cannot imagine how you find the time to go to so much trouble. I want you to know how much I appreciate your kindness. I will remember everything you have done for us. It makes me realise that there are some truly genuine people in the world.
Thank you for everything, especially the encouragement”.

“Wow what a day!  Tony was blown away with you yesterday mate.  He could not believe your style and professionalism.  I of course was already aware of what would happen with you at the helm.
Thank you so much again”.

“Thanks to the amazing Lizzie Taylor for doing the most wonderful job in conducting the ceremony at my wife's and my tenth anniversary/re-affirmation of vows (24 November 2012). We laughed, we cried, we sang, we drank too much (but she can't be blamed for the last part). Thank you again so much, I can't recommend you highly enough!!! “

“Thank you so much Liz for a more than perfect ceremony, we can not find a thing we would have changed and it exceeded all expectations for which the girls and I will always have cherished memories.
We had a magical moment on Sunday when we scattered V’s ashes along with the roses you see on the water. This was her favourite anchorage and wanted this to be her final resting place, we played " Time to say goodbye" again for the last time.
The copies of the service arrived today, a beautiful presentation!
Thank you once again and look forward to seeing you.

Love B and the girls”

“Hi Lizzie,

We were watching the video of the Ceremony and I could see the parts I don’t have recollection of (from excitement) and I have to say what a gorgeous ceremony that was.
You were fabulous.
You brought style to ceremony and also made funny bits even more funny with cute comments.
That is what we were hoping, to have celebrant who will not just be professional but who will also bring a laugh.
Oh yes, you looked fabulous and your dress looked as if you did special shopping trip with whole bridal party to make sure it matches

"Dear Liz,
Thank you so much for acting as celebrant for our mother’s funeral. The family were all very impressed with the way the service was conducted and your thorough preparation. It made it easier for us on such a day to have you ‘ up front’.
Incidentally you received several compliments at the wake !
Thanks again"

"Dear Liz,
We would like to say thank you for your support, guidance and friendship shown to us at this most difficult time.
With our best wishes,"

"The Celebrant, Elizabeth Taylor, you arranged to conduct Stan's Service, you couldn't have chosen a more perfect lady.  Liz delivered an amazing and touching Service.  Liz captured Stan's true essence and many of our friends, family and relatives commented on how much they felt comforted by her words.  Liz took time with Mum and I to discover who Stan was and importantly, she listened to us.  We hope Liz goes on to work with many more families, like us, to help them celebrate the life of their loved ones.  To share with them her kind, caring, professional and compassionate touch."

"To those of you who don't know, my mother passed away a few weeks ago. I would like to sincerely thank my friend Lizzie Taylor for the wonderful job she did as Mums' celebrant at the funeral. I could not have managed all the arrangements and the day without her and David. You made it very easy for me."
